Sailing Whitsunday Islands (QLD Trip)
A crew of 4 people (Darren, Becky, Lissy and Grant the skipper and owner of the boat) sails us in the next days on the 15 m "Providence V" (2 masts, 8 sails) through a place like paradise, around some of the many smaller and larger islands in the great coral reef.
A trip in all weathers: cloudy, sunny, strong wind, hot, rainy, cold... changing every 10 minutes...
Enjoy the trip with us!

And everyone can lend a hand

and in that front cabin Henk, Mel, JB and me we shared the few squaremetres while all the others shared a bigger cabin in the middle part of the boat.
However, alternating in the two nights people sleep outside on deck, partially in swags because the cabins have the effect of a sauna...
Strong wind ensures list
Breakfast-time (Anna & JB)
some snorkling in the Great Barrier Reef

Whitehaven Beach...
...with the magnificent colours in the Hill Inlet
On the way to the lookout we see (not only for the first time) these leaves naturally glued together by those previously mentioned eatable green-ass ants which use this as nest for their eggs.
Somewhere around Border Island the "Providence V"
and on Hayman Island
A wonderful trip comes to an end on Wednesday evening back in Airlie Beach at the Beaches Backpacker's pub.
